Two things I love about two pictures.

1. I love my new chalkboard vinyl. I'll make you some too!

2. I love my new triple steamer. I can cook three kinds of baby food at once, on one burner. Or dinner in the bottom pot and vegetables in the top two. This thing is amazing, and only 20 bucks at Aldi for you locals.

1. I love comparing these two boys' facial features. The eyes, the nose, etc. etc. etc.

2. I (don't) love, but do think it is funny that Carson's shoulder is covered in Everett's most recent batch of spit-up. At least it's in the bath!

I definitely don't think those boys look alike right now...but I've seen other pictures where they do. Hmmm. What do you think?

my goodness I LOVE that pot. We have Aldi here and I may just have to make a run over there to buy one.

I LOVE Aldi! And can we PLEASE get a homemade babyfood post???!!! I know, I'm begging...but I want to know all your tricks. :)

Yay! Thank you for your baby food tip. We are just entering the stage, and I'm excited about making my own this time around...
About the banners, last year when I made one (a really really really long one that went around the room), I cut out WAY too many triangles (I just made the pattern myself). So now I've been using those to make more. To do the letters, I just type what I want on the computer, pick a font, print the letters out, pin them on the fabric, and cut around. Then the first two banners I sewed the letters on. But the last one I ran out of time so I just hot glued them on. It looks better when they're sewn, but the gluing is SO much faster and easier. And then I've just tried different ways of sewing the triangles on different types of ribbon/belting. This last one was super easy, because I bought some quilt binding (it was already folded/pressed), and just sewed the edge of the triangle inside the binding.
Anyway...I'm already excited to make one for Ellery's birthday...I'm such a nerd. :)

I agree with your friend--I want a babyfood post! I looked up some recipes online but am hesitant to make them. And I love the vinyl chalkboard stuff. Where do you get your vinyl cut at--a store or do you do it yourself? Someday when I have a house, I'm going to have vinyl creations everywhere! :)Hope you guys are doing well, your boys are adorable.
